Management Team
Cogiscan was founded in 1999 by 3 manufacturing engineers who started their career at the IBM semiconductor packaging plant in Bromont, Canada. The three co-founders have a common background but over time they have developed different and complementary skills and experience. The founders are still directly involved in leading the company strategic plan and day-to-day activities.

- Vincent Dubois is primarily responsible for administration, financing and operations. He has held engineering and management positions within the electronics manufacturing industry for nearly 20 years.
Prior to founding the company, Vincent held several positions at IBM. His experience includes work in production, equipment fabrication, integrated circuits, management and marketing. He has participated in various programs for quality improvement, cost reduction, technology transfer and plant growth.
Vincent holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal, a Masters of Electrical Engineering from McGill University, and an MBA from the University of Sherbrooke.

André Corriveau leads global product development and management. André has held various engineering and management positions in three different companies in the electronics industry. Having worked in three countries, Canada, USA and Switzerland, he also accumulated a vast knowledge in the management of international businesses.
André began his career at IBM, where he acquired a solid background in semiconductor packaging and manufacturing. He then worked for Universal Instruments Corporation, in charge of the applications engineering group for the Advanced Semiconductor division. Prior to founding Cogiscan, André was part of the management team as the Application Director at ESEC Industrie in Switzerland.
André earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal and holds a postgraduate diploma in Project Management.

François Monette leads global sales, business development and marketing. Since 1990, he has held a variety of positions in the electronics manufacturing industry, mostly focused on quality and process engineering for leading suppliers in semiconductor packaging, PCB assembly and equipment automation. He has held positions at IBM, C-MAC and Universal Instruments Corporation.
François has authored and co-authored a number of technical papers that have been presented at major technical conferences, including APEX, SMTAI, IMAPS and NEPCON. François holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal
