Cogiscan Track, Trace and Control (TTC) application software enables operators, technicians, engineers and managers to use intuitive interfaces that are tailored to meet specific needs at particular areas on the factory floor. Through these interfaces, users can perform transactions with the system, search for materials, query for data, or generate reports.

Cogiscan TTC application software can integrate with existing MES, MRP and ERP systems, and can collect data from any hardware device – including RFID and barcode technology. And, because the software platform is easy to use and to configure, implementation time is rapid, and operator training time is short.

Intuitive GUI

The Cogiscan user interface is designed to enable operators to spend their time producing instead of interacting with a software system. Operators are presented only with the tasks and information they need at any given process on the line. Data entry is almost entirely accomplished by scanning information or selecting data from pull down lists.

Touch screen ready

Large task and action buttons enable the use of touch screen displays, as a faster alternative to using a mouse.

Optional mobile device user interface

Users are able to access their Cogiscan TTC software while they are on the move, anywhere in the factory.

Barcode aid mode

Operators can work faster to complete transactions by using barcode aid mode, instead of having to use a keyboard or mouse.

Multi language support

Cogiscan TTC software is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese. Other languages can be implemented upon request.

Access control

Access control can be used to control who can view, modify or delete information.
