Cogiscan’s Productivity Monitoring software keeps track of all product movement throughout the factory, in real-time, to ensure that the entire manufacturing process is running at its optimum.

The system can be applied anywhere in the factory, including on the assembly line, at the inspection and test areas, or in rework and repair.

Productivity Monitoring provides precise product statistics as it goes through any scan point, including average cycle time, or time between products. This valuable data is monitored via the Factory Monitor screen, and is viewable in a graphical display of various assembly lines, machines and work cells. With these statistics, and real-time monitoring, productivity obstacles can quickly and effectively be addressed.

The application can be configured to generate warnings and alarms if specific production delays are exceeded at any point, to enable trouble shooting and efficient corrective action to maintain the productivity of the line.

This visibility of production status enables OEE improvements, and provides a typical payback in less than a year.
