The Cogiscan RFID Screen Printer Retrofit Kit is a robust and closed-loop system used to validate that the right stencil, and other tooling is in use. The kit is integrated into the screen printer and enables real-time material tracking, traceability and control – on and off the screen printer.

The RFID Screen Printer solution utilizes permanent or re-usable RFID tags mounted on stencils, squeegees, under-board support, and attached to jars or cartridges of solder paste. A series of matching RFID antennas are mounted on the screen printer, enabling each material to be verified and validated automatically. The Cogiscan Line Setup Control application can work with a combination of RFID and barcode technology to enable maximum flexibility.
